No, Digicel will not be charging customers any additional costs. The regular amount will be deducted for activation.
- Will the duration of these plans also be adjusted?
No, the duration of the data plans will remain the same.
- Can customers decide for themselves at what time of the day they activate a data plan to be eligible for this promotion?
Yes, as long as the activation happens within the promotion period of February 13th 00.01 AM until February 14th 23.59 PM.

- Will customers also receive Double Data when an add-on plan is activated?
No, Double Data is only valid for the selected data plans. Not for add-ons.
- Will customers also receive Double Data for the Digital Apps when a Prime Bundle is activated?
No, customers will only receive Double Data on Any Use Data. E.g. Instead of 26GB Any Use Data in a 30 Day Prime Bundle, customers will receive 52 GB Any Use Data plus 30GB data for each Digital App.
- If a customer has an active data plan without any remaining data, is it required to wait until the expiration date has passed in order to activate a new data plan and receive Double Data?
No, customers can activate a new data plan at any given time within the promotion period of February 13th 00.01 AM until February 14th 23.59 PM to receive Double Data.
- How will a customer be notified that Double Data was received?
The customer will receive a confirmation message upon successful activation of a selected data plan. Customers can check their data balance in the MyDigicel App p.mydigicel.net or by dialing *100# under the option “Balances”.
- How will customers be notified that the Digicel Double Data promotion is ongoing?
Customers will be notified via SMS during the promotion period.
