What you will be doing:
To provide a distinguished customer service to our Corporate and General Customers by placing appropriate emphasis on “excellence” and “speed of response” in all customer interactions. To provide first call resolution to customers by answering enquiries, resolving queries and complaints via telephone in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
Your main duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain corporate accounts.
- Conduct welcome calls to new corporate customers.
- Act as first point of contact for corporate customers.
- Ensure activation of (supplemental) services including postpaid, CUG, ICT etc.
- Ensure activation of Individual Postpaid Accounts when requested by the Sales Executive.
- Receive and take ownership of corporate customer queries.
- See all customer complaints through to effective resolution in a timely manner.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for corporate clients in managing their accounts and pass this info to Sales.
- Provide cost effective solutions and suitable products and services to corporate clients.
- Conduct site visits to corporate clients if requested by the Corporate Sales Executive – this will provide a more personalized customer service, giving each client the impression that they have their own personal Corporate Care Executive.
- Establish effective relationship with the whole team including the Business Solutions Sales Executives.
- Work closely with respective Business Solutions Sales Executives in order to provide optimal effectiveness and coverage of specific corporate accounts.
- Work closely with direct colleagues and ensure that tasks and queries are shared among the team.
- Pro-actively contact customers with an emphasis being placed on the top 100 top clients.
- Being able to pro-actively take-over tasks and queries in case team members are on (sick) leave.
- Conduct audit on daily activations such as postpaid, CUG, Roaming, ICT etc.
- Ensure that all reports are updated on a daily basis with all information on activations and churn.
- Conduct and support in the verification of pre-generated and post-generated bills for errors on a monthly basis along with basic ad hoc reports requested by the Business Solutions Sales Supervisor.
What you will need to succeed in this job
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Evidence of working with others and presenting to groups
- Excellent Telephone Techniques
- The ability to work and learn in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Work well both independently and as a team player
- Prioritize the execution of projects and meet deadlines whilst working in a high-pressure environment
Functional Skills:
- Working knowledge of E-Care, MINSAT, MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (both Dutch and English)
- Strong email and report writing skills (both Dutch and English)Analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
