24-Month Contract: Eligible to renew at 18 months

36-Month Contract: Device refresh EVERY 12 MONTHS! Customers will be eligible to refresh their devices every year.

If the device discount is not used in Year 1, it will accumulate in Year 2.

If the accumulated Year 2 allowance is not used, it will accumulate to Year 3. At this point, the customer will have
to re-sign for an additional 3 years. Customers will be eligible for this at 30 months.

If Year 1 and Year 2 allowances are used respectively, at Year 3 customers will be eligible to re-sign on a 24m or 36m contract at the sign-up device allowance.
