Call us to upgrade your Home Fibre Bundle or to sign up for the Disney+ Add-on.

Open MyDigicel
Switch to your Digicel+ Account within the MyDigicel app and then select Disney+ from the side menu.

You will be redirected to the Disney+ site to create your account.

What is Disney+?
Disney+ is a subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming service that allows subsribers to access content on a smartphone, tablet or Smart TV.
What will my Disney+ access include?
Digicel+ Home Fibre customers whose plan includes Disney+ or who have purchased a Disney+ add-on will get unlimited access to the best movies and series from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic, all in one place, whenever they want.
*Data charges may apply depending on your mobile carrier should you access Disney+ while on the go
How do I access Disney+ with my Home Fibre subscription?
Digicel+ customers who subscribe to a plan with Disney+, will receive an email once the plan has been added to their Digicel+ account with instructions how to activate their subscription via the My Digicel app or web browser.
Can I still access Disney+ if I don’t have a Digicel ID?
Unfortunately no. To access Disney+ with your Digicel+ account you will need to create your Digicel ID via the My Digicel app or web portal in order for us to verify your subscription.
Digicel customers who already have a Digicel ID tied to their mobile account, will need to add their 12-Digit Digicel+ account number to their profile. Simply select "Add Account" from the menu options and follow the instructions.

Can I remove Disney+ from my Home Fibre bundle?
We are committed to giving you “Simply More” with every plan. If your Home Fibre plan includes a subscription to Disney+, it cannot be unbundled.
