What are the new Prepaid Prime Ultra Bundles?
We’ve created a suite of NEW bundles packed with more of what you, the customer wants. This includes app specific data for Top Mobile apps, plus endless data for social media apps within the already loaded bundles. Endless Social includes (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Snapchat Messaging & Full WhatsApp services include, messaging, calling, status updates etc.
These new bundles also include app specific data for mobile apps like YouTube, Tiktok, Spotify and now, Netflix, that will be included outside of your main data balance. Prime Ultra plans also offer a NEW reward feature, whereby an automatic discount is awarded upon auto renewal of bundle. With purchase of our 2,5,10 &30 Day Prime Ultra Plans you will continue to receive our Digi Regional & Int’l Anywhere Minutes that can be used for calls to US, Canada and Regional Digi Calls excl Haiti, Jamaica, Suriname, Guyana. Customers will also continue to receive minutes for Digi to Digi calls and local off-net calls.
How can the plans be activated?
Customers can activate the Prime Ultra Plan by dialing the short code *140#, using the MyDigicel App, on Digicel's Website or by a Digicel Reseller.
Where can I call with regional mins?
The anywhere minutes can be used for calls to US, Canada, Regional Digi Calls to Digicel (Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Bonaire, Cayman, Curacao, Dominica, El Salvador, Monserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos (excluding Haiti, Jamaica, Guyana and Suriname and Home Market).
How do I check the remaining balance for my Prime Ultra Bundle Plan?
A balance check may be conducted by dialing the short code *140#, using the MyDigicel App or on Digicel's Website.
Does this plan auto-renew?
Yes, this plan automatically renew upon expiry.
· If at expiry the customer has sufficient credit, the plan will auto renew.
· If the customer has insufficient credit at plan expiry, the auto renewal would have failed and the PRIME Ultra Bundle ends.
Customers will receive a notification 2 days and 1 day before their PRIME Ultra Bundle expires advising that their plan will auto renew.
