We do hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to inform you of a Bill statement error that occurred in your bill due for October 2023. This issue was due to a system error while processing your monthly subscription.
To rectify this issue, we ask that you pay your normal monthly subscription fee to avoid additional charges on your November bill. Failure to do so will result in the balance from your October’s Bill carried into your upcoming November’s Bill.
We assure you that the necessary steps have been taken to ensure such discrepancies do not reoccur in the future.
