- Will the customer be notified when to enter the Promotion?
Public awareness for this Promotion will be in the form of programmatic advertising, promotional flyer, scanning of the QR code on the promotional flyer, social media posting at the following handles: @digicelgrenada on Instagram and Digicel Grenada on Facebook, and direct SMS messages to the customers during the Promotional Period. The promotional details will also be uploaded to our website at www.digicelgrenada.com.

On the Ground Prizes:
Our customers will also have the opportunity to win additional prizes and giveaways on the ground through road shows, in stores and other on the ground activities.
- How will the winners be selected?
Winners will be randomly selected from the completed Christmas Wishes Forms.
- How will winners be notified?
If you win, Digicel will contact you via telephone. A maximum of three (3) calls will be made to call you within a period of 24 hours after the draw dates. In respect of Digicel+ winners, calls will be made to the number associated with their account. If there is no response to a number, the next number in-line will be contacted until a winner is successfully identified. All calls to customers will be made from 1-473-537-0025; this number is the only number that is authorized for the making of calls to winners for this Promotion. During the telephone contact of the selected winners, full details of the winning prize will be communicated along with the process for redeeming their prize.
- What will winners need in order to claim their prize?
In order to claim their prize, the winner will need to provide the below information to the email address provided by the Digicel representative who contacted them from 1-473-537-0025within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact by Digicel:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- A clear head shot photo
- If over 18 years, valid Government-issued photo identification (Driver’s Licence, Passport, National ID)
- If under 18 years, Student ID and Birth Certificate
- Winning phone number and Digicel+ account number, as applicable (the number must be registered to the intended winner). If the number is unregistered the customer may proceed to register same within the timeframe specified above.
Special Needs Winners
If a selected winner has special needs and is unable to collect their prize and/or submit the relevant documents, that winner will be allowed to have a representative act on their behalf. Such representative must provide written consent from the winner selected, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace and valid Government-issued photo identification for both the winner and their representative to claim the prize.
Minor Winners
Winners under the age of eighteen (18) years will have to share the above information for themselves and for their parent or guardian in addition to the minor’s Birth Certificate or proof of guardianship. Parent/guardian is required to accompany minor and provide valid identification.
Forfeiture of Prizes
If a winner is unable to provide the above information and documents within the timeframe stipulated above, the prize will be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, Digicel reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the mechanism specified herein.
Additional Considerations for Prize Redemption
- Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged.
- Save in the event of its gross negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors, and sponsors, or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming any reward.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.
- We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
- The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes. Furthermore, by redeeming your prize you accept the manufacturers warranty and terms and conditions.
- If a prize is unavailable, we may, at our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value and/or specification.
- We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the MyDigicel App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
- By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and country and/or disclosing it to third parties in accordance with applicable law) and any other purposes to which you have consented. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, or photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel’s or its agencies, without further compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the prize if you are selected as the winner.
