Postpaid Customer Referral

1.       What is the Customer Referral Offer?

The Referral program allows current Postpaid customers who refer a friend to sign up for a Postpaid Start Plan or higher on the Digicel E-Store, to receive $2,000 written off their next bill.

Also, all customers who sign up for a Prime Start or higher until December 31, will receive a $1,000 write-off on their first bill. (BTL plans are not included).

2.       Is there are specific plan that the friend is required to sign up for in order for the friend to get the Write Off?

Once the customer signs up for any of our ATL plans, both the referrer and the referee will receive the write off on their bill.

3.       What are the eligible Postpaid Subscriptions available?

4.       Is there a limit to how much persons a customer may refer?

There is no limit to the number of persons that a customer may refer. However, each customer is allowed only two write-offs per month.

5.       How do u sign up for the referral program?

The new customer is required to visit the Digicel E-store at https://shop.digicelgroup.com/jm/new-postpaid.html to select the Postpaid plan that they want to sign up for. They will be asked to provide the name and phone number of the person who referred them to our Postpaid plans. Once the customer completes the sign-up process and their account is activated, the write off will be automatic.

6.       Can a customer still sign-up for a Postpaid Plan on the E-Commerce website without a referral?

Yes. A customer may still sign-up for a Postpaid Plan without a referral. They will also still receive the write-off of $1,000 on their first month’s bill.

Postpaid Family and Friends Plan

1.       What is the Family & Friends Offer?

The Family & Friends offer allows customers to add up to four (4) persons to their Postpaid account. There will be one bill to pay, and each additional line to the account gets a 10% discount to their subscription fee.

This offer lets you share all the talk, text, and data used on your plans and enjoy free calls between member on the account.

Once a customer adds three (3 or more lines to their account, they will receive a free Samsung A04e.

2.       How can a customer sign up for the family plan?

Interested customers may visit the nearest dealer store to easily sign up for a Family Plan.

The main account holder must be registered to a Postpaid Core Plan or higher to qualify for this offer. They must also have a copy of a government issues ID and the required deposit for the plan being activated.

Only the main account holder may make adjustments to the account.

3.       Will all users be required to sign up for a Core plan or higher?

No, only the master account holder is required to be on a Prime Core or higher postpaid plan.

4.       Will these accounts be billed individually?

No. A single bill will be sent to the account holder at the end of the month.

5.       Will there be charges to call members of a family plan?

Members of a family plan may call each other for free! All Postpaid plans will include unlimited SMS.

6.       Will the bill show the usage of each account?

Yes. Your bill will be broken down into data used, calls made, calls received, and texts made and received per person on your family plan.

Postpaid Handset Offer

1.     What is the Postpaid Handset Offer?

Customers who sign up for ANY postpaid plan (incl. family and friends) will receive a 40 - 50% discount on a Samsung A04e or Samsung A14 handset:

Customers who sign up for the CORE postpaid plan for a year will receive 50% discount on a Samsung S23 (regular) handset at select dealer stores.

1.       What is the Postpaid Intro Youth Offer?

Any Young Adult (ages 18-26) who signs up for the Prime Intro will receive $1,000 off their first month’s bill.

At the time of sign up customers are required to present:

ü  Present a valid Government issued ID

ü  Pay a deposit for plan

ü  Fill out an application form

Digicel+ Tablet Offer

1.       What is the Digicel+ Tablet Offer?

Customers who sign up for any Digicel+ plan will receive 50% discount on the Samsung X205-32 GB tablet.

2.       Will there be a discount on the Digicel+ subscription fee?

No, customers will be required to sign up at the full cost.

3.   How will customers be notified of this offer?

Once the installation is complete, the customer will be contacted and advised to visit one of the outlets to claim the discounted offer.
