  1. What is the Single SIM Offer?

Customers who purchase a SIM will get a free 7 Day Prime Bundle.

 

  1. What are the requirements to purchase a SIM card?

Customers are required to present the following in order to purchase a SIM card:

  • Government Issued ID
  • $750 (tax Incl.) for purchase of SIM card

 

BOGO Friends Offer

 

  1. What is the BOGO Friends Offer?

Customers who purchase the BOGO Sim offer (includes two (2) SIMs) for $700 (tax incl.) will get:

  • A free 7 Day Prime Bundle on both SIMs
  • Access to the Friends and Family for FREE with unlimited voice calls for one month. $300 per month after to get free calls between SIMs until March 2024.

 

  1. Will the 7-Day Prime Bundle auto-renew?

Yes, auto-renewal of this bundle will take place once the customers have sufficient credit.

  1. Will these customers be able to access the Friends & Family Plan after the first free activation?

The Friends & Family Plan will be available at a cost of $300 each month and will be available to these customers until March 31, 2024.

 

  1. Will the Friends and Family Plan auto-renew?

Family and friends plan will automatically renew monthly once the Master Payer has sufficient credit.

 

 

 

  1. How will the FREE calls be provisioned on the new SIMs?

Upon activation of the new SIMs, the FREE 7 Day Prime Bundle will be automatically added. The dealer rep will be required to assist the customer with the activation of the Family and Friends Plan using the USSD codes *146#.

 

MSISDN A will be required to follow instructions to add MSISDN B. MSISDN B will then confirm; once confirmation is provided the F&F plan will be activated.

 

Journey: MSIDN A dials *146*77#, then *146*1876FriendMSISDN#, then *146*1# to confirm

MSIDN B will be required to dial *146*000*1#.

 

  1. Will the customers be able to add other numbers to the Family and Friends calls?

No, both activated/joined MSISDNs are restricted from adding other numbers to their group or for them to be added to another group.

 

  1. Is there a cap for the free calls between the double SIMs?

Minutes that will be awarded upon the activation of the New Sim Family and Friends Plan will be capped at 2500 minutes per month. Each recipient will receive 2500 mins each month.

 

Free calls will only be successful once airtime is active on the accounts. If airtime is expired, the calls will not be allowed to go through (customers should still be required to top up and maintain their account)

  1. At what rate will customers be charged if they have exhausted the 2,500 minutes cap?

If the customer reaches the FUP for the month they should be charge the pay-go rate of $12.50 (tax incl.)

 

  1. How will the customer be charged if they have a Prime Bundle or Voice Pack active?

If the customer activates a Prime Bundle or Voice Pack, the F/F minutes will be used first.

 

  1. Will the Family and Friends minutes rollover?

Minutes from the Family and Friends will not rollover each month.

 

  1. Can both customers reactivate the plan?

No, only the master payer will be able to reactivate the plan once it expires.

 

  1. Will customers be notified upon the expiry of the Family and Friends Plan?

Yes, customers will receive an expiration message once the plan expires.

 

 

 

  1. At what rates will customers be charged once the Family and Friends Plan expires?

Once the Family and Friends plan expires customers will lose access and be charge the Pay-Go rate ($12.50 tax incl.)

 

  1. Will the Family and Friends Plan be compatible with existing plans?

Yes, new customers will be able to activate all other existing plans while on the Family and Friends Plan.

 

  1. Will customers be notified when their minutes are being depleted?

Yes, customers will receive the below SMS:

SWITCH Offer

 

  1. What is the SWITCH Offer?

Customers who port to Digicel will receive the following:

  • Free 28 Day Prime Brawta Bundle
  • 25% Discount on the 7- & 28-Day Prime Plan until March 2024

 

  1. What are the requirements to port a Sim to Digicel’s Network?
  2. Customers are required to have the below:
  • Active FLOW SIM card
  • A valid Government ID
  • A Digicel-compatible handset

 

  1. Persons who wish to port should:
  • Ensure their loan is cleared prior to switching to Digicel.
  • Ensure that the number they wish to switch to Digicel was not switched from Digicel less than 90 days ago.

 

NB: Porting should be completed within five (5) minutes, once there is no issue.

  1. Can customers use any activation method in order to benefit from the discount?

No, in order to receive the discount on the plans, customers are required to complete activation using My Digicel App. Eligible customers are required to activate the eligible Prime Bundle under (Available Plans à Discount Brawta Plans).

 

 

  1. For how long will customers be able to benefit from the discounts?

Customers will benefit from the discounts until March 31, 2024.

 

  1. Will the discount be applicable to auto renewals & early- renewals?

Special discount will be applied to new activations, early renewals and auto renewals done in the My Digicel App until March 31, 2024.

 

  1. Will these Bundles auto- renew?

Yes, once the customer has sufficient credit, the bundle will auto-renew.

 

  1. Will customers be able to use a DigiLoan to purchase the discounted plans?

Yes, DigiLoan purchases will be allowed for this offer.

Prepaid SIM with Youth Plan

 

  1. What does this Offer entail?

Once a customer purchases a preloaded youth SIM for $750, they will receive a free 7 Day Youth Plan.

 

  1. Who will this plan be available to?

This offer will be available to students up to age 21.

 

  1. What are the requirements for purchasing a Youth Sim?

Customers will be required to produce their school ID or Birth Certificate, in addition to paying the cost for the SIM. If the student is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to be present with a valid government issued ID.

 

  1. What is the cost for a new Youth SIM?

The Youth SIM can be purchased for $750 (inclusive of tax).

 

  1. Will the Youth SIM receive the ‘New SIM Offer’?

Newly purchased Youth SIM cards will receive the Youth Plan free of cost upon activation of the SIM card instead of the 3 Day Prime Bundle.

  1. Will this plan auto renew?

Yes, the 7-Day Youth Plan will auto-renew, once the customer has sufficient credit. Customers will also be allowed to early renew their plan.  

 

Customers will receive 50% discount on every 5th consecutive activation ($400).

 

All plan activations will be given an entry in the “More Vibes Fi Di Yutes” promotion where they can win variety of prizes (GiftMe vouchers, Chukka Cove tickets, Starbucks vouchers and other prizes.)
